About the role

The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for review and processing of Financial and Non-Financial activities for our active Life Insurance Products, including account changes, withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. The Customer Operations Representative contacts external customers and agents to obtain the necessary information to process the requested transaction. Being able to differentiate the different products our area administers.

Hourly Salary Range: $21.00- $25.71 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
