What you will accomplish as a Marketing Intern at TAPCO:

The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the marketing team in day-to-day activities and operations with a creative, organized and results-focused approach. This role assists in ensuring that all projects meeting TAPCO's overall marketing and communications strategy. This position will report to the Marketing Project Coordinator.

Position Qualification:

• Updates preexisting product collateral such as brochures, product briefs and data sheets in tandem with subject matter experts
• Participates in website content and design updates
• Audits digital and print marketing collateral for out of date material
• Assists in organizing and maintaining marketing collateral database
• Maintains and updates our marketing CRM data
• Aids in the optimization of digital paid advertising campaigns, including collaborating on keyword research
• Assists in the creation and editing of PowerPoint presentations for webinars, sales presentations, etc.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Assist in organizing and preparing materials needed for upcoming events including tradeshows and in-person training/tours
• Supports the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Knowledge of best practices for print and web designs and layouts
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
