Job Description

Lead Developer:  Develop solutions through the use of technology to support business Initiatives and the overall portfolio strategy by designing and architecting complex software solutions, including workflow and data Integration across the enterprise utilizing a variety of development tools; develop technology solutions end-to-end for e-commerce solutions utilizing Node JS, React JS, Redux, CSS3, HTML, ATG Framework, ATG Business components, Java, Spring framework, Graphql, Apollo server and client, JQuery, Golang Scripts, Python Scripts, Mongo DB, Serverless
Framework, AWS lambda, S3, Cloudfront, API gateway, EC2 Instances, AWS Firewall Manager, AWS Dynamo DB, Bash scripts, REST API, Elastic Search, Logstash, Klbana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Express JS framework, Jenkins, Travis, Git, Mochito, Selenium framework, Rodis, TypeScript, Akamai, CMS technologies/Bloom reach, Sonar, New Relic and Bit bucket/Git hub; provide technical leadership to project team by facilitating and coordinating work activity on projects of increasing size and complexity; lead the development, maintenance,
and support of complex, multiple, and/or interrelated systems; coordinate, develop, and execute projects as part of the larger business plans and Initiatives; provide accurate project time and cost estimates, and project plans to management for work assignments; resolve and escalate project risk issues in support of the project schedule; provide input on costs, benefits, issues and risks related to development and support activities; provide input to assist in the development of IT application and technical architecture strategies; apply in-depth technical expertise to guide and direct others in their area of technical responsibility; serve as project technical lead; drive results through effective communication of ideas and solutions; support and mentor other IT associates; participate in hardware and/or software studies and provide recommendations to management on results; contribute to the selection and development of technical architecture and ensure implementation complies with methodologies, standards, and architectural guidelines. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements:  Must possess (1) Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; and (2) must have two years of experience as a Lead Developer. In lieu of a Master's degree, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience. Prior experience must include: experience developing technology solutions end-to-end for e-commerce platforms using NodeJs, React JS, ATG Framework, ATG business components, Java, Sprint Boot, Serverless Framework, GraphQL, Python, AWS and ELK. Position located in Seattle, Washington location and other unanticipated sites. Telecommuting permitted.

The salary range for this position is $155,418 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
