The Operations Manager I, is responsible for the effective planning, execution and supervision of the duties associated with terminal operations workforce. This includes ensuring efficient, safe and productive operations for customers, terminal area and cargo type. This role is also responsible for the development and achievement of operational and financial goals and objectives and the development of management peers.
Quick Facts
Compensation: $75,500 to $105,700, depending on experience
Working hours: Full-time, salary, on-site
Reports to: Senior Manager, Operations
Shifts: Day shift 6 am to 5 pm and Night Shift 4 pm to 3 am,
Typically scheduled 4 shifts a week depending on business need. Must be able to work both shifts
