Job Summary:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for assisting in the execution of all warehouse activities, including the receiving, handling, sorting, staging, picking, packing, and distribution of Pinnacle Live's company assets.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with the day-to-day logistics of warehouse activities, from receipt of gear to delivery to the venue.
  • Provide appropriate maintenance and assist with the repair of damaged warehouse equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems when they arise and escalate issues to Warehouse Manager as needed
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment (lifts and pallet jacks) to organize assets for storage and distribution.
  • Constant awareness of equipment location and ensuring it is secure from theft and /or damage.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Have a working knowledge of industry trends, tools, and innovations
  • Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging, lighting and computer operation, and networking.
  • Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry
  • Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking)
