Bluehawk Consulting is looking for a highly organized and self-drive Sales & Marketing Operations Project Manager to help our client put together project plans and drive results for a large, global sales and marketing operations team.
Project Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Operations PM, you'll help with planning, executing, and managing project plans and workstreams to drive the group's strategic planning process ensuring organization in a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in planning sessions, take detailed notes about plans, changes, key stakeholders and action items.
  • Distribute/publish detailed summary notes on key objectives to broad group of stakeholders.
  • Follow up on and drive action items to closure - influence without authority.
  • Create project plans and track projects.
  • Report status and impact of projects through regular status updates escalating when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years Project Management experience including project plans, action item follow ups, and status reporting.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Self-starter.

Salary Range for this position: $89,000 - $99,000
